Payments and Pricing

Payments can be made using any of the following methods. Please note that personal cheques are not accepted.

• Your payment card details are protected using SSL, an industry-leading encryption standard. When you pay for our products or services on our site, the information you provide is transmitted directly to our payment provider through a secure connection.
• Payments are processed in GBP (£). If your card is in a different currency, you can still complete your order, and our system will charge the equivalent amount in the relevant currency.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are accepted within 2 days of placing an order. Requests can be submitted from your My Orders page.
• Once an order has been dispatched or is undergoing customs clearance, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, accepting the package and arranging its return will be the only option.
• If our Customer Care Team has guaranteed delivery within a promised timeline, the order is treated as a time-sensitive order. Because of the priority measures we take to complete these on time, cancellations cannot be accommodated for time-sensitive orders once they have been placed.

Order Acceptance & Pricing

• Our site prices and product availability may change without prior notice.
• Any errors will be corrected as soon as they are found.
• With such a large product range, occasional pricing discrepancies may arise despite our best efforts. We verify prices during order processing: if an item's correct price is lower, we will refund the difference; if the correct price is higher than the stated amount, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you. Please note that we are not obliged to fulfil orders at incorrect (lower) prices.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, and for any reason.

Users & Accounts

• All registered customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their individual accounts.
• Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, transact, or otherwise use this site.
