Your satisfaction drives everything we do. Here is exactly how our returns, exchanges, and refunds work so you always know where you stand.
General
Return Window
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges, giving you the flexibility you need.
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours), your exchange order will be processed and delivered in line with our shipping timelines.
Refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been completed.
Worn or Used Suits — Not Eligible
Please note that once a suit has been worn or used, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are completely unworn and in their original, resalable condition.
Return Rejections and Condition Rules
- Personalized or customized products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
- Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All ordered and complimentary items must be returned unused, unwrinkled, undamaged, and in resalable condition, along with the packing slip.
- For shoe returns, there must be no scratches on the sole or the upper.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund that does not meet these criteria.
Return Shipping and Alteration Charges
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping charges when returning items to us. For complete return instructions, please contact our team.
For custom orders, our team reviews your measurements based on your height and weight and may recommend a few adjustments. If you choose to keep your original measurements, we will proceed accordingly. However, in such cases, if the original measurements result in fitting issues on arrival, a minimal alteration fee may apply.
If you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us within 2 working days.

We aim to get your custom karting suit right the first time. However, if your custom order does not fit properly, we offer one free adjustment.

Making custom karting suits takes close attention to detail so you are completely happy with your order. Here is how we work to avoid the need for returns:
Design & Quality Check
Before we ship your order, we send you photos of the final product. This gives you the chance to check the design, material, and stitching before it leaves our workshop.
Sizing
When placing a custom order, our support team asks for your body measurements. Please use our sizing guide to provide accurate measurements — this helps avoid fitting issues.
Even with all these precautions, if your karting suit does not fit just right, we will adjust it once for free. You will only need to cover the cost of shipping it back to us.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on custom orders.
Each custom karting suit is made just for you, based on your chosen style, material, and details. Because custom items cannot be resold, refunds are not possible. In addition, any suit that has already been worn or used cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
