I need to purchase an item how might I make the payment?
You can make the installment through PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Amazon Pay and Find. We use SSL got Look at so you can make the installment with no concerns.
I love an item, yet I'm uncertain which size could fit me flawlessly?
You can go through our size guide to know your size. Still assuming that you have any issues in regard to the size, no problem. You can leave us a message that you're uncertain about the size here and our help specialist will help you in getting a completely fitted item.
Can I return the product if I don’t like it or if it does not fit me flawlessly?
We want to make sure you have the best experience with Kartwears. That’s why our return policy allows you to return or exchange standard orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Please note: Customized or made-to-measure karting suits cannot be returned or refunded for any reason, as they are specially made just for you.
Terms & Conditions
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your return within 7 business days.
Standard size suits can be returned for a full refund or exchange.
Custom or fitted suits can only be returned for adjustments, not refunds or exchanges.
Kartwears reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that don’t follow our return policy guidelines.
None of the given sizes appears to fit me flawlessly; can I have a custom product?
Yes, absolutely! You can choose the “Made to Measure” option when selecting your size and provide your body measurements.
If you're not sure about your measurements, you can select “I’m not sure, I’ll send measurements later by email” and place your order without any worries.
Once your order is placed, our customer support team will contact you and guide you step by step on how to take accurate measurements for your custom karting suit.
What amount of time could it require for an item to be gotten at my place?
Standard karting suits are made to order and usually ship within 10 business days, but in some cases, it may take up to 20 business days.
Prime items (ready-made suits) are in stock and ship the next day after you place your order.
For custom or made-to-measure orders, we aim to keep the delivery time as short as possible.
Made-to-measure suits are typically shipped within 4–7 weeks
Fully custom suits (with personalized designs or features) are shipped within 12–15 weeks
What can I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
You can easily check the status of your order anytime.
Just visit our Track Order page and enter your Order ID and Last Name to see the latest update on your order.
The tracking link will show real-time updates on your delivery status.
If your estimated delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, feel free to contact us — we’re here to help!
What do I do if I receive a demaged item in my order
We want to resolve any issues with defective items as quickly as possible.
If you notice a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Support team with the following details:
Your Order Number
The name or code of the damaged item
A brief description of the issue (please include photos)
We’ll get back to you within 24 hours, and once we’ve reviewed the details, we’ll arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.
For what reason was my installment declined? How would it be advisable for me to respond?
If your payment didn’t go through, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
Incorrect Billing Address or Phone Number
Make sure the billing address and phone number you entered match the ones linked to your payment method.Card Limit Reached

Will my package be charged customs and import charges?
Much of the time, any traditions or import obligations are charged once the package arrives at its objective country.
Any charges on a package should be paid by the individual getting the bundle (this likewise applies to retail and discount clients).
The Coat Creator has zero power over these charges and we can't see you what the expense would be, as customs arrangements and import obligations change broadly from one country to another.

Custom Orders

I'm hesitant to put in custom request; how might I pay for something I have not seen in genuine? I'm worried about measuring, plan and quality.
We understand your concerns about sizing, design, and the quality of your custom karting suit. We’ve worked hard to create a process that ensures we meet your expectations every time. Here’s how we handle these important details:
Sizing
When placing your custom order, our Customer Support team will ask for your body measurements. Please refer to our Sizing Guide to ensure you take your measurements correctly. When you provide accurate measurements, there’s no room for sizing errors.
Design and Quality
Before we ship your order, we’ll send you photos of your actual custom karting suit. This allows you to review the design, material, and stitching before it leaves our workshop. This way, you can be confident that everything looks just as you expect before it’s sent out.
I got a custom order. Might I at any point return and get a substitution?
We are committed to delivering your perfect custom karting suit on the first try. To minimize returns, we send you photos of your actual custom suit before it’s shipped.
However, if the fit isn’t quite right, we offer one free adjustment. You will just need to cover the cost of shipping the suit back to us for the change.
If i received a custom order. Can I return and get a refund?
We do not accept returns for refunds on custom orders. Please understand that your custom karting suit is made specifically for you, based on your chosen style, material, and details. Since it’s unique to you, we cannot resell it to anyone else.
What amount of time could it require for the custom request to be conveyed to me?
We work hard to keep the delivery time for custom orders as short as possible, typically shipping within 12-15 weeks. However, since every custom order is unique, we don’t have a fixed delivery date in advance.
